Early Life and Education

Ted Hill was born and raised in St Albans, attending Mandeville Primary School and St Julian’s School, later renamed Marlborough School. His roots in the community shaped his commitment to service and leadership.

Family and Personal Life

Married to Maggie in 1980, Ted is a devoted family man with three daughters and seven grandchildren. Family values are at the heart of everything he does.

Career and Achievements

From research chemistry at ICI to over 45 years in the Third Sector, Ted's career has been marked by dedication and leadership. He was a St Albans District Councillor and holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree and a Master’s in Organisational Development. Awarded an MBE in 2012 for his contributions, Ted's commitment to public service is unwavering.
